Prestige - Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love what you ordered. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

 

How to request an exchange: contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone/WhatsApp at 01099802056 or through our Contact page, with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

 

Exchange shipping: return shipping is free for orders over EGP 3,000. For orders under EGP 3,000, a shipping fee may apply.

 

Refunds: since orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved returns are handled as a size or item exchange, or as store credit. Contact us to discuss your options.
