Orders are delivered within 3 business days across Egypt. The courier calls you before delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is priced by zone, so you pay the real rate for your governorate. The exact amount shows at checkout once you enter your address.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order reaches you — no card or online payment needed. Please have the exact amount ready.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return, as long as the piece is unworn with its tags on. Return shipping is on us for orders of EGP 3,000 or more, and always when the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a size chart with chest, waist and length in centimetres. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
